  Greetings - I know I am 1 , greeter shouldn't say JUST 1, and have to repeat it 3 times, memory issues? Had to request silverware, wasn't offered a drink refill. Food was very good. Heat in a restaurant in WI in December would be great! I usually am a very good tipper when I get service,shouldn't have to ask for everything.

  Love their food. But the bar experience was ridiculous. They need 2 bartenders during the dinner rush, not just one. And if somebody called in, then the manager should have stepped up and helped out for 10 minutes. That's all it would have took. I say this being a bartender myself! And all I needed was a water! I wanted to hop back behind the bar and help all the customers. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!

  The manager here, Chris, was very condescending to my group and was not accommodating when there was a mistake with how many people were in our party. We ended up eating at the bar but that was a little inconvenient since we had two children with us. The staff at the bar, Cheryl and Angel were very nice. We asked Chris if he could just push two tables together that were in the corner since nobody was sitting there. There were not many people waiting in the lobby but claimed there would be another hour wait. I watched those tables sit empty for 40 minutes before someone was seated at either table. This was a Thursday night so we could have eaten and been gone in that time. I absolutely hate this location and probably will not return. There is always something negative that happens.
