At 6:05, I walked up to the cashier and she said, "Oh you want your order right?" My reply, "Yes, 15 minutes was 30 minutes ago. At 6:13 I'm on my way with my order. No, sorry for the delay. No, complimentary anything for my inconvenience. My fault for not asking to speak to a manager as I did not wish to wait any longer. Get home, food needs to be re-warmed. Then to top it all off...it's not a turkey burger, it's a hamburger. I will consider the remainder of the gift card a wash!April 02, 2017
